Payasam preparation: 1/2 glass raw rice, 1.5 tblspns moong dal, 1.5 milk. Kept in cooker, added jaggery, ghee, cardamom, cashews
Mango Neem flower Pachadi preparation: kept 1 cup raw mango in cooker, after added jaggery 1/2 cup, neem flower, salt, red chillies, ghee
Vadai preparation: toor channa urad dals equal quantity soaked & grinded. Prepared as vadai in oil.
