3 Carrots chopped
Beets – 1/2(big size) chopped
Milk – 1 Cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Process : Boil the vegs and cool. Mix the vegs with all other ingredients and blend together. Now, Beetroot and Carrot Smoothie is ready to serve. This proportion will serve 3 people.
