1/2 cup instant oatmeal
4 dried banana chips
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1/8 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/2 teaspoon stevia
2/3 cup coconut milk

Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal: serves 1
1 cup instant oatmeal
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon stevia
2 teaspoons coconut flakes to serve

Blueberry Pie Oatmeal: serves 1
1 cup instant oatmeal
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon stevia
1/2 teaspoon tapioca

Apple Pie Oatmeal: serves 1
1 cup instant oatmeal
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 tablespoon apple sauce/puree
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3-4 walnuts, chopped
coconut flakes, maple syrup to serve
